OVERVIEW
The Ministry of Higher Education of Sri Lanka offers Presidential Scholarships for Foreign Students, a programme that has been operating for almost a decade. It aims to bring about stronger educational and cultural ties with friendly nations by offering international students a chance to enrol in undergraduate programs at Sri Lankan state universities.

HOW TO APPLY?
The application process opens every year in February or March. Applications and all supporting documents must be mailed directly to the Ministry of Higher Education in Sri Lanka. Check the official page for updated information and current eligible countries.
