OVERVIEW
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan offers scholarships to international students from developing and Muslim-majority countries to pursue undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programmes at Pakistani universities. The scheme aims to strengthen academic and cultural ties between Pakistan and partner nations.
