  • Monthly stipend (approximately RON 850–1,250 depending on study level)

  • Optional preparatory Romanian language course (1 academic year)

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of a country that has a bilateral agreement with Romania (check the Study in Romania website for the eligible countries list)
  • Not hold Romanian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Have completed the required educational level for the programme applied to (secondary school for bachelor’s; bachelor’s degree for master’s; master’s degree for PhD)
  • Be in good health (medical certificate required)
  • Meet any age requirements specified in the annual call
