OVERVIEW
The Croatian government, through the Ministry of Science and Education and the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes, offers scholarships for international students, professors, and research fellows to pursue studies or gain professional experience at Croatian higher education or research institutions. Only citizens of countries with a valid educational cooperation program or bilateral agreement with Croatia are eligible.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
- Monthly stipend (600–1,800 HRK depending on level of studies)
- Monthly allowance
- Subsidized accommodation in student dormitory
HOW TO APPLY?
Submit your application through the Croatian government’s local partner institution in your country. Check the official Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes page every February for updated eligible countries, application process, and deadlines.
