OVERVIEW
The Vietnamese Government, through the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), offers scholarships to international students from countries with bilateral educational agreements with Vietnam. The programme enables students to pursue undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees at Vietnamese public universities.

HOW TO APPLY?
- Check eligibility and available programmes on the MOET website at en.moet.gov.vn
- Apply through the Vietnamese embassy or consulate in your home country
- Submit academic transcripts, language proficiency certificates, passport copy, and health certificate

Application period typically runs from January to April each year. Deadline: April 30, 2026.
