OVERVIEW
The Government of Uzbekistan, through the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, offers scholarships for international students from CIS countries and partner nations to study at Uzbekistani universities. The programme targets students from CIS member states, Turkey, China, and nations with bilateral agreements with Uzbekistan.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
- Full tuition fees at Uzbekistani state universities
- Monthly living allowance
- Accommodation in university dormitories
- Uzbek/Russian language preparatory course (where required)
- Health insurance
DEGREE LEVELS
Undergraduate (Bachelor’s), Master’s degree, and PhD studies.
HOW TO APPLY?
- Apply through the Uzbekistani embassy or consulate in your home country
- Applications are processed via bilateral educational agreements
- Submit academic transcripts, health certificate, and motivation letter
- Application period: typically March–June each year
