- Recipients must return to Kazakhstan after completing studies
International Scholarships for Foreign Students in Kazakhstan:
- The Kazakhstani Ministry of Education funds places for international students at Kazakhstani universities under bilateral agreements
- Target: CIS countries, China, and nations with bilateral agreements with Kazakhstan
HOW TO APPLY?
- Bolashak (Kazakh nationals): Apply through the JSC Centre for International Programmes at bolashak.gov.kz
- International students: Contact the Kazakhstani embassy or Ministry of Education for bilateral scholarship opportunities
